Why Arrival Path Exists

Community‑based refugee sponsorship to Canada has the power to create safe and durable solutions, but the process is often complex, time‑sensitive, and difficult to navigate without coordination. Many communities are willing to help but lack the structure, guidance, or partnerships required to move forward responsibly within Canada's sponsorship framework.

The Challenge

Refugee sponsorship requires careful organization, documentation, legal compliance, and sustained follow-through. Without proper coordination, well-meaning efforts can stall, leaving vulnerable individuals and families in limbo.

Our Solution

Arrival Path exists to fill this gap, providing the organizational infrastructure, expertise, and trusted partnerships needed to move sponsorship cases forward while maintaining the highest standards of safety, confidentiality, and legal compliance.

Accountability & Partnerships

Arrival Path works exclusively through trusted partners, including registered nonprofit organizations, community sponsor groups, and settlement‑focused institutions in Canada and the United States. All sponsorship efforts are carried out within established Canadian legal frameworks and ethical guidelines. Personal information is protected, and public storytelling is handled carefully and with consent. Financial contributions are managed transparently, often through partner organizations with charitable status and oversight responsibilities in Canada. Accountability is central to our work. We believe meaningful refugee sponsorship to Canada depends not only on compassion, but on clarity, structure, and shared responsibility.
